how we make our caramels
our caramels are made the old fashioned way - from scratch - and each small batch is created by request. ingredients include brown sugar, a blend of milk and cream, butter, corn syrup, pure bourbon vanilla and natural flavorings.
sharing & storing
in our experience you may share and store your caramels using the following guidelines:
- our caramels are best enjoyed at room temperature
- store individually wrapped caramels in an air-tight container in a cool, dark place
- unrefrigerated - for freshest taste and smoothest texture, enjoy within the first 12-14 days upon receipt
- refrigerated -in an air-tight container up to one month
